As
noted by the * symbols above, there are one or four stars laser
engraved above the serial number on each Valve Assembly. Each
star entitles the owner to a free repair. An owner has the option
to pay a $45 rebuild fee or use one star. If the owner chooses
to use a star, we will drill a small dent into one of the stars
indicating that one of the free repairs has been used. There
is a 30 day warranty on any repair work we perform, whether
it is done for free by using a star or by paying the $45 rebuild
fee. When the stars are gone, the valve is out of warranty.
This Valve Exchange Program is also available to customers who
purchase used Field Guns (which have no warranty at all). It
is also available to customers whose Valve Assemblies have been
damaged while being modified.

your Valve Assembly to us!
