We REQUIRE that you call or email for a Return Authorization number BEFORE you send in your marker. This is for your safety and insures a speedy repair. When you call for an RA number we can verify your name, telephone number and address, as well as discuss turnaround time and shipping instructions.
**PLEASE NOTE: We need your serial number in order to issue a Return Authorization
number.**
WE DO NOT ACCEPT MARKERS SENT TO US WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER. Packages that do not have an RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be returned to the sender!
