manual for basic information about your X-mag. If you have questions
about your marker, please call our Technical Support staff (See contact
information at the end of this manual).
Please call us before you send your paintball marker to us for repair!
Our Technical Support staff might be able to solve your problem over the
telephone.
If your paintball marker needs to be returned to us for repair we need to
issue you an RA number before you send it in. Please call us with your name, address,
and phone number so we can register your X-mag. We will inform you of our warranty
policies and turn around time. Please note that all markers sent in
without an RA# are returned unopened.
